Loading ...My parents returned today from a two day visit to Pigeon Forge with their friends. Based on the hotel rating I booked them two rooms at the Grand Resort and Conference Center. They were very upset when they returned today.
The hotel was filthy, the free breakfast did not include your drink and coffee was $1.50. The first room they were giventhe bathroom has feces in the toilet and had not been cleaned. They were then given a second room next to the pool area. During the night the plumbing began to make loud sounds from the trapped air in the old pipes.The showers were either hot or cold and could not be regulated. Please do not make reservations at this "5 Star Resort". I’m only sorry I beleived the ratings posted on hotels.com.
