Frequently we travel on business and are always looking for a reasonably priced room with amenities for the business traveler. Smithfield is our halfway point on the way to Florida and we’ve stayed at this Jameson Inn several times.
Their rooms are great for people who need to do business while on the road. Their service is great, guests also can enjoy a complimentary breakfast with Belgian waffles, there is an internet computer kiosk in the lobby, you get a complimentary weekday newspaper, there is an on-site fitness center, and a nice swimming pool. Rooms include comfortable Dreamium pillowtop beds, work area with free wireless internet access, 25″ television with cable or satellite TV and a premium movie channel, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, free local calls, and alarm clock radio.
Next door to this Jameson Inn is a Texas Steakhouse… good food!
