Our notes on this hotel:
1. Phones didn’t work.
2. We had 4 people in our family, and we reserved a room with two double beds. We were told that none was available, and were offered a king size bed with a rollaway, which we agreed to accept. Later, we were told that a rollaway was not available. We were given blankets and a set of sheets, and I had to sleep on the floor. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels, and I have never been treated like this. Furthermore, despite our complaints at the time, and three followup calls, the manager, Mr. Chris Fournier, has not had the courtesy to contact us about our experience.
