Loading ...Most attractive HD Television since I stayed at the Mandarin Oriental in DC. This is a newly-designed hotel in an older shell, and it shows with poor water pressure and absence of hot water on the 4th floor. Very good room service from their specialty restaurant, Jackson’s - the Shrimp & Chorizo Chowder and the Crab Cake Salad were wonderful. Very attentive staff… when I mentioned the lack of hot water they took 10% off of my bill AND arranged a complimentary breakfast - without my asking. I will return!
