Loading ...This I-95 exit (exit 97) is a regular stopover for travelers on the way to Florida. There are dozens of motels, restaurants and shops located here and this Hampton Inn is one of the nicest motels at this exit. It was built in 1998 with security and comfort in mind. Electronic key lock system, internal hallways and locked exits are some of the security features. The lobby and guest rooms are very nice and richly styled. There’s free coffee, juice and fruit available daily with fresh baked cookies every evening. Rooms are very reasonably priced. If you stop at one of the I-95 rest areas you’ll probably find lodging discount coupons for an even better deal!
There are lot’s of restaurants close by including Cracker Barrel, Golden Corral, Smithfield Chicken & BBQ, Shoney’s, Bojangles, Oliver’s Buffet, KFC, Pizza Hut and McDonald’s. Shopping includes Carolina Pottery, and JR Factory Outlets. There’s even more just a mile or two away.
Considering what you get for the price, I give this Hampton Inn an 8 on a scale of 1-10.
