Loading ...The worst Hotel and the rudest staff I have ever experienced. Stood in line for over 1 hour to check in. Requested a smoking room- was given non-smoking. They made me stand in line AGAIN to get a smoking room. Then, the new room they assigned me was an occupied room. Had to wait AGAIN. Spoke to the manager and the staff was rude and never even apologized for the inconvienence. Terrible rooms also.
