Loading ...This hotel should NOT be advertised as a 3 star hotel….it is SOOOO far from 3, it should be a minus 1!! I booked this hotel through expedia with a package deal…and it was the worse experience of my life! When we checked in…the room had a roach on the ceiling and a bedbug in the bed!! YES ladies….a bedbug!! I saved it…and took it to the front desk demanding a new room. I had to threaten them with the better business bureau and the board of health to get another room. The other room wasn’t great either…never got anything but a drizzly tepid shower, the tv got exactly 4 stations, there was not an iron or a hair dryer as their web address says(you have to call and get one delivered). The pool is not heated, there were dirty towels left at pool side all the time, the casino SUCKED!! If this hotel mailed me a free comp weekend with money to boot i’d still turn it down!! It totally ruined my whole vacation!!! Seven days was torture! BEWARE if you stay here…the sliding glass doors open but there is no balcony to stand on….guess if the room gets too bad you can just step out of your room 19 stories down!!! I think the REMO in SAN REMO should stand for REMOdel!!! Better yet…tear it down and start over! Very glad to be home.
