Days Inn Airport – St. Louis, MO
This is a horrible place. We booked 3 rooms and ended up breifly resting in a total of 7 and still had problems. No one at the hotel was satisfied. The manager has yet to even return my calls. The elevator was broken as they painted the stairs. No coffee makers in the rooms or hair dryers. Some had no drinking glasses. It took 4 hours to get someone to look at a broken toilet only to be moved again. Outlet covers missing over the sink. The list is endless. I am writing and complaining to the Mo. Fire Marshall, Mo. Attorney General’s Office, The BBB, and the president of Days Inn, Mr. Joe Kane.
