Loading ...I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel!!!We never made it to the resort because we were hit with 27" of snow. The reservations manager authorized our refund in advance, and when we didn’t receive it in 3 weeks, became courious as to where it was. She has since denied ever authorizing the refund, has stopped returning phone calls, has hung up on me during conversations; in my last conversation with the general manager he called me a liar for saying that she would authorize our refund and laughed at me! If you want any type of common courtesy or friendly service, pick another hotel!
