Loading ...While this hotel is ideally located for tourists and business travelers at the edge of the Loop, the service is terrible and both of the rooms we stayed in were cramped and poorly kept. After our first night, we had to switch rooms because of noxious fumes from renovation work in nearby rooms. The loud hissing and banging from radiator pipes woke us several times a night–and we are not light sleepers. Finally, the hotel staff were rude and generally inhospitable.
