Loading ...My wife and I had went to Busch Gardens after I returned from serving over seas and we had stayed at Wingate Inn. Everything about the stay was fine. A few days after we had checked out, we noticed a new charge on our credit card. They had charged us and accused us of stealing items from the room. We were never notified of the accusations and they just went ahead and charged our credit card. Since I am in the military, I was given a government rate and reminded them of the fact. I talked to the management and told them I did not take the items and they would not work with me one bit. I feel that they are a very shady business and have reported them to the better business bureau. I wonder how many others this has happened to? I am sure it was probably a house keeper that took the stuff. Why would I need 2 pillows and four hangars? Thanks! Just a warning to all consumers.
