Loading ...We have stayed in every hotel chain you can think of. This hotel was the WORST. Filthy. I mean everywhere. I wrote to Silva,Efrain General Manager. I have yet to get a response. All the employees at the hotel had attitudes. I couldn’t believe the so called Deluxe Breakfast. Let’s see: Bran Muffins, Whole Wheat Toast, Raisin Bran, Raisin Bagels, no Orange Juice, YES, No Orange Juice in Florida! All they had was Bug Juice, Camp Kool Aid. The room was so dirty and dusty. I found a 2 year old Disney ticket behind a drawer. Triple A rated this hotel 3 diamonds. When did they rate this hotel 10 years ago. What a joke! I went to this hotel because of their rating. So People Stay Away From This Hotel !
