Loading ...This hotel was fine, but the young lady behind the counter was not too bright. We called Best Western to confirm accommodations and a pet friendly/handicap room no problem. I got to the hotel and the young lady told me that I could not have a handicap room and a pet friendly room as the same one. She told me she can call across the street to another hotel. I said no because I always stayed at a Best Western. Then she had the nerve to say to me maybe your dog can stay in the car overnite! So we called Best Western customer service and straightened it out.
