Ramada Inn - Denver, CO

Loading ...This Ramada Inn is located on Cofax Street and it’s the worst hotel stay we have ever stayed at. The towels were dirty, The water was either too hot or too cold and it would change from one extreme to the other within a matter of seconds when someone was showering. The Front desk staff was rude. The hotel was very noisy — we could here people walking outside our door like they were walking around in our room. It took forever to get a cup of coffee in the restaurant. To top all this off, we found out that others, who booked a room after we did, received a cheaper room rate. When we complained to the front desk staff, we were told there was nothing they could do about it. So we asked to speak to a manager and was told none was available. We went to the room and called the Ramada Inn Corporate office and talked to Jeremy who said he was a supervisor but there was nothing he could do. He refused to let me file a formal complaint against the company–basically saying that he didn’t care what the employees did at the Ramada locations. Needless to say, we will NOT be staying at a RAMADA ever again.
