Loading ...My family and I arrived in San Antonio, at the Riverwalk Area. We had a coupon book with discount on local hotels in the area we had called numerous hotels around the area and found many rooms available close the riverwalk, we selected Days Inn at the Riverwalk location. When we arrived at Days Inn the appearence of the hotel was about average nothing to brag about.
During registration we had complications with Visa card not processing properly the network was out of service. We paid cash for the room, room #102 we had noticed that the hotel clerk was very rude to the customers while he was registering other people ,we didn’t think that this was very
professional.
Adams Mark on Riverwalk - San Antonio, TX
(1 votes, average: 3 out of 5) Loading ...This is not really a 4 star hotel. There was no ice machine on our floor, no mini bar in room, no HBO (have to pay for every movie), rude front desk. Several blocks from Riverwalk area of river.
Harbor House - Galveston, TX
(1 votes, average: 4 out of 5) Loading ...If you are a beach bum, this place is not for you. This is a charming little hotel in the Strand District of Galveston, quite a distance from the waterfront. It is a lovely place with a nautical theme. Every room has a wonderful view of Galveston Bay. The shops and restaurants of the Strand are within walking distance, as are the ports for cruise-boarding.

Good points:
Free Breakfast
Free Dinner/appetizer’s called a "Manager’s Special"
Nice, clean pool and hot tub
A lot of good restaurants within one mile.
Kitchen with dishwasher if you want to cook.
Gas Grill available for use.
Bad points:
Rooms not so clean
saggy furniture
mildew in bath tubs and on shower curtains
They don’t vacuum behind furniture, therefore the dust is built up over the years.
Housekeeping has a bad attitude.
General Manager doesn’t return phone calls very promptly.
Motel 6 - Fort Worth, TX
(1 votes, average: 3 out of 5) Loading ...This is a great place… The motel is clean, the pool was awesome and the service was outstanding. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
