Peppertree By the Sea Resort – North Myrtle Beach, SC
This is the worst stay I’ve ever had anywhere! The rooms here were small. I had to turn sideways to get into bed. The room decor was outdated and ugly. We couldn’t see the ocean out of the patio doors they were so stained. There isn’t enough room on the balcony for even a chair.
Ocean Plaza – Myrtle Beach, SC
Our stay at Ocean Plaza was mixed… On the good side, we had a great room, great view and a great price. On the bad side, the whirlpool should have been hotter, the elevator went out, they had repairmen there quick, but it was days to fix. The outdoor pool was unuseable due to bird feces.
Overall this was the best deal of all the hotels we’ve stayed at in MB. Clean, comfortable ocean front room with stove, frig, microwave. Stairs were a bit of a hassle but definately worth it, none the less.
Myrtle Beach Resort – Myrtle Beach, SC
The Myrtle Beach Resort was a great place to stay. This is an oceanfront resort loaded with things to do. Our kids loved it. We hated to leave.
The Landmark – Myrtle Beach, SC
The Landmark is an absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a stunning room, immaculate kitchen and a beautiful view. Our suite included 2 TVs, 3 Beds and 1 1/2 Baths. This was the most expensive room we stayed in this year, but also the nicest.
Holiday Inn SunSpree Resort – Myrtle Beach, SC
We stayed at this hotel last fall. It was priced right and we enjoyed the ocean front view. However, the bathroom in our room was so small it was uncomfortable to say the least. The furnishings could have been more inviting. I did enjoy the balcony and sitting out there watching the ocean, but do not think I could recommend it to anyone looking for a cheerful setting.
