This is your typical Fairfield Inn. This property has clean rooms, data ports, a small gym and is set back from I-95. Exit 49 (You can not hear the hummm of the road, which I feel, is important.) It offers a free continental breakfast with limited hot items. Book in advance and you can get substantial discounts. AAA and AARP are also accepted.

There are several restaurants nearby… Shoney’s, Cracker Barrel and Beaver Dam Seafood to name a few. This I-95 exit also has cheap gas prices. Amoco, Exxon and BP are just a few of the major brands.

Every Jameson Inn we’ve stayed at was well worth the price and this one in Dunn is no exception. Each of these white-columned, colonial style inns offers clean, comfortable, well-lit, secure rooms at a reasonable price.

This Jameson Inn has spacious one and two bedroom suites complete with sitting areas, data ports, wet bars, refrigerators, microwaves and recliners. Each King Room has work desks, quality furniture, large vanities, remote controls (that are not locked down) and relaxing whirlpool baths. Free newspapers, local calls and HBO are included. Every morning there’s a free “Top of the Morning” breakfast too! Jameson Inn is located just off I-95 exit 73. Nearby there are several restaurants including Sagebrush Steakhouse, Bojangles, Western Steer, Wendy’s, Taco Bell and McDonald’s.

On a scale of 1-10, I’d give this Jameson Inn an 8!

Very nice suites! Some have whirlpools. Good prices. We had a coupon that we picked up at a nearby rest area.

Comfort Inn – Wilson, NC

Nice hotel! This exit (Exit 121) is a big commercial strip with all kinds of motels. The Comfort Inn is the nicest of them all. I think it’s new. There is a Pancake House and Hardee’s next door, just in case you don’t want to travel far to grab a bite to eat. I would definitely stay there again!
