This vintage hotel offers elegant rooms with every convenience and a touch of class. It was recently remodeled and the rooms feature duvet down comforters on each bed. The decor is restored from the original hotel, which at one time was a favorite of Harry Truman when he would visit Kansas City. My wife and I stayed there for our 10 year anniversary and really enjoyed the hotel very much.

This is a horrible place. We booked 3 rooms and ended up breifly resting in a total of 7 and still had problems. No one at the hotel was satisfied. The manager has yet to even return my calls. The elevator was broken as they painted the stairs. No coffee makers in the rooms or hair dryers. Some had no drinking glasses. It took 4 hours to get someone to look at a broken toilet only to be moved again. Outlet covers missing over the sink.

This is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room stunk, a smell that you couldn’t even get used to. The room was filthy! Light switches where black with dirt, light was falling out of the ceiling in the bathroom. I stood on a towel to take a shower. The plumbing made such loud noises in the night that I was awakened at both 3 and 4 am.

This is a nice Shoney’s Inn with comfortable rooms and a good price. It’s also right next to a Shoney’s Restaurant. Location is great… it’s close to Branson attractions. We stayed here last Thanksgiving and had a great time. The staff was very friendly too!

I would consider this Best Western an average motel. It’s clean and comfortable, but nothing special. There are many hotels in the Branson area and, if you shop around, you can probably find a better deal. We found some discount coupons on the Internet for a Super 8 down the road and we paid about half for the same quality room.
