Loading ...This hotel was excellent. The pool side suites are a must, though a bit expensive. The two balcony’s (one overlooking the garden, and one overlooking the pool), and the whirlpool made for 2 is very romantic. Also, the beautiful marble table, and the cozy furniture add a lot of character, and charm.
Ramada Inn Downtown – Detroit, MI

The hotel is not in the best area of Detroit and is apparently used quite often for sex fetish shows. The weekend we were there, there were people dressed in bondage, transvetites, etc. walking throughout the lobby, hallways and on the elevators. We rode the eleveator to our rooms with a woman dressed in a g-string, boots and no other clothing; although, she had her nipples painted silver.
Fairfield Inn – Livonia, MI

Best Western Georgian Inn – Detroit, MI
(1 votes, average: 3.00 out of 5) Loading ...This hotel is conveniently located on Gratiot just north of I96. Has very nice check in lobby and banquet facilty. Nice courtyard with outdoor pool,(not practical for MI)which most rooms face so it is a nice view,and good continental breakfast. The rooms are nice looking, but the electrical is in bad need of some updating. Our family stayed in quite a few of the rooms due to a wedding reception at the banquet room and all had the same complaint; All the electrical plugs were so loose you could not keep anything plugged in; it would just fall out.
Lockview Motel – Sault Sainte Marie, MI

This one is directly across the street from the locks at Sault Ste. Marie. Unlike most of the motels of that era, this one is not run down to the point of non existance. The cabins and rooms have been completely renovated on the inside and out. The rooms are spotless, and very tastefully decorated. The fixtures and furniture look new.
