Loading ...I have never stayed at a hotel that offered such personal service and outstanding attention to detail. All of the staff is exceptionally well trained, personable, and efficient. They helped me solve several difficult issues connected with my business trip WITHOUT BEING ASKED TO DO SO — they offered the assistance. Free shuttles to and from the Metro underground were also provided. The food was varied and very well prepared. The room clean was and attractive.

(1 votes, average: 1.00 out of 5) Loading ...I do NOT recommend staying at this hotel!!!We never made it to the resort because we were hit with 27" of snow. The reservations manager authorized our refund in advance, and when we didn’t receive it in 3 weeks, became courious as to where it was. She has since denied ever authorizing the refund, has stopped returning phone calls, has hung up on me during conversations; in my last conversation with the general manager he called me a liar for saying that she would authorize our refund and laughed at me!
