Loading ...After reading the reviews, we thought this was the place to stay. However, the rooms were dirty (candy wrappers under the bed and hair in the tub) and our video camera was stolen while the car was parked with the valet. The staff was not helpful at all in helping us resolve the camera issue and after numerous phone calls to management (of which none were ever returned)…
Homewood Suites - New Orleans, LA
(1 votes, average: 4 out of 5) Loading ...The Homewood Suites by Hilton hotel on the Corner of Poyrdras and Baronne St is very nice! There is a jacuzzi/whirpool (indoor and adjacent on the same floor) as a pool for guests. Hotel Staff are very sincere and a 2 Queen Bedroom Suite has a FULL Kitchen (Plates, Glassware, Utencils, Refrig and Dishwasher included). My best friend and I stayed here for Mardi Gras 2003 and it was a 5 minute walk Bourbon St and about the same to Harrah’s Casino.
Hilton Riverside - New Orleans, LA
(1 votes, average: 3 out of 5) Loading ...As is becoming more and more common with Hilton, this is a tired old, has-been kind of hotel. Although the lobby was impressive and the riverview lovely, the furniture was shabby, and the room generally worn. I also attended a business reception in one of their meeting rooms during my trip. Very jack-leg set up. There were about half as many tables as they needed, and conventioneers too tired to stand had to resort to sitting on the dirty, stained carpet.
French Quarter Suites - New Orleans, LA

We received great service from the staff and it’s very close to the French Quarter. Being off season the rate was very reasonable. It could have been a bit cleaner but it wasn’t bad. The pool could have used some attention.
DoubleTree Downtown - New Orleans, LA
(1 votes, average: 4 out of 5) Loading ...This DoubleTree is very nice! The property and rooms were clean and very safe. This is a great location too… it’s within walking distance to the Convention Center and the French Quarter. What a great place to stay! FREE COOKIES too!
