Loading ...This hotel (including upper management) has given me the poorest customer service I have ever seen. They messed up my reservations and after a 4 month long battle they refuse to refund my money and are threatening to take me to court. Please if you know what is good for you DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS HOTEL!

(1 votes, average: 2 out of 5) Loading ...They did not accept a discount coupon stated that they considered spring break a holiday. When I called prior to our visit this was not an issue. Best Western down the street is a safer bet.
