StudioPLUS has nice, apartment-type hotel rooms with separate kitchen that includes a full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave. Our studio had a clean, nicely appointed interior, although a little worn. This StudioPLUS is located just off I-95 (Butler Boulevard) within a group of newer hotels that included a Red Roof Inn, an Extended Stay America, a Wingate Inn, a Jameson Inn, a LaQuinta, and a Courtyard.

This and surrounding hotel properties appears to be planned development, which is nice. The area is extremely quiet but still a short drive to restaurants and shopping. There is a Cracker Barrel restaurant as well as several fast food restaurants within walking distance. It makes for a great place to come back to after a day of visiting area attractions. I recommend it.

This particular hotel is located just off I-95 in Stafford, Virginia, about 10 miles north of Fredericksburg. There are several restaurants nearby that you could walk to as well as some shopping (Wal-Mart). The hotel desk person was very friendly and called our room a few minutes after we checked in to see if everything was OK. The free breakfast was very nice also. We would definately stay here again! I would give the hotel a 9 out of 10 rating… based on what you get for the money.
