Hilton Inn - Little Rock, AR

Loading ...The Hilton Inn is located along I-30 just leaving Little Rock. Many hotels and motels are located in this location. We chose the Hilton since we had always had a good experience with this chain.
We checked in at 6:00pm - 2 Adults, non-smoking. Room was clean with plenty of towels. The reservations desk staff were pleasant but apparently wrong with the total amount we owed. We had to pay $11.00 more the next morning due to their error. The TV remote did not work and did not have a solution to the problem since they had no more rooms with king bed. The pool was dirty and the filter was not running. Although a note posted in the room asked you not to use hotel towels at the pool, no towels were available as suggested by the note at the pool.
At Check-out we were informed we owed more money due to the personnel error the evening before and reservation person seemed all but uninterested in our other comments. He had a "really don’t care, get out of my face attitude" about our other comments.
The coffee at the Continental breakfast was hot and good but food offered was stale and probably was offered several days in a row.
All in all this was NOT a good experience generally offered by Hilton Inns. I suggest staying elsewhere until they get their personnel problems and maintenance resolved or come down on their price!
