Country Inn & Suites - Strafford, VA

Loading ...A great little chain of very comfortable hotels. We are staying in several Country Inn & Suites during our trip to Florida. This hotel is located just off I-95 in Stafford, Virginia, about 10 miles north of Fredericksburg. There are several restaurants nearby that you could walk to as well as some shopping (Wal-Mart). The hotel desk person (Cathy) was very friendly and called our room a few minutes after we checked in to see if everything was OK. The free breakfast was very nice also.
Fairfield Inn - Bangor, ME
(3 votes, average: 3 out of 5) Loading ...Pros: Big, comfortable, quiet, smoke-free rooms. Staffed 24 hours. Helpful portfolio of info in each room, has info on area businesses, etc. Vending, pool, fitness, and a decent continental breakfast. Reading by the front desk area’s propane fireplace was pleasant. They have a humidifier to borrow if the air’s too dry. Fairfield Inn is the ONLY lodging where I’ve actually slept well.
Best Western Senator Inn and Spa - Augusta, ME
(4 votes, average: 3 out of 5) Loading ...Last weekend my wife and I stayed at the Senator Inn and Spa. I can’t say enough about how nice the staff and the facilities were. Our spa suite, which included a jacuzzi tub and fireplace was absolutely beautiful.

Homewood Suites - Valley Forge, PA
(2 votes, average: 3.5 out of 5) Loading ...Homewood is our favorite “Suite” chain, and we usually book with Homewood whenever we travel. They have consistent quality services, amenities and properties. This Homewood is a newer property located near a shopping area and only a few minutes drive from Valley Forge.

AmeriSuites - Schaumburg, IL
