This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. I felt like I was visiting a shelter home. I paid a lot for this place. Very rude and unprofessional workers. Not worth your stay. There was an incident on 11/29/03 with a main water pipe bursting. There was no water, electricity. We were requested to leave the hotel using the stairway( 6 flight and no lights). Clerk stated that we will not be able to get any discount b/c it was a city problem.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. It was cheap, but I got what I paid for. After staying here 5 times, each several nights, and having the same problems over and over again, I can list you some of my experiences: Given a room that had not been cleaned, given the wrong key, a broken clock and no wake-up calls are offered, most towels had brown stains or makeup smears, no room cleaning at all several days, blood stain on the sheets, food scraps and wrappers on the floor, someone’s old food in the frig and cabinets, dried urine on the toilet seat, no hot water one week, bugs in the shower, hairs in the bed, broken refrigerators…I could go on and on. Service was bad, and obviously they do not do anything about these problems because they happened to me repeatedly.
